Mekorot
The national Israel water company ("Mekorot"), have installed 12,000 Dialog3G™ Cellular units, which receive and transmits all of the main consumers (cities) connections in Israel. "Mekorot" is using the system to monitor the system (water balance), detect water thefts, and produce their billing.
Kfar Saba
