DIALOG3G CityMind - a powerful control and management system for the Utilities sector. Already in use by a large number of Utilities worldwide, CityMind provides a varied collection of reports and statistical analyses to help manage and control the metering network. Similar to a “GPS style” interface, the CityMind software provides a “live” map of the city, presenting all statuses and alerts in a simple graphical view. For example, the user can select an area to receive instant usage summaries, alerts, history information and data on changes in usage patterns. An easy to use online Internet based software package, CityMind is also compatible with any existing billing software.entire metered area (e.g. a city). Broadcasted data is received by the repeaters and transmitted to the Arad Viper concentrators; Viper concentrators transfer all the received data to the Dialog3G system. This data flow ensures meter readings reach the system in a high resolution interval, which allows detecting immediately alert situations such as reversed flow, leaks and missing meters.
Alerts
The Dialog3G™ City-Mind system includes up to 25 different alerts which enables the user complete knowledge on any event in then system:
Transmitted alerts - Those alerts are calculated and transmitted from the Dialog3G™ meters and include alerts such as:
- Tamper (Magnet) – indicate for a magnet been laid on the meter or an attempt to sabotage by breaking it.
- Leak – an indication for constant flow over a pre defined period.
- Back Flow – an indication for back flow
- Battery - an indication for weak battery
- Hi flow
- Low flow
- Over QMax flow
- Flow in a stopped meter
- Open cover
Calculated alerts –this are alerts that calculated based on the meters data:
- Stopped meter
- Online DMA leak - a suspect for a leak within the defined DMA
- Negative consumption
- Above average consumption – a meter consumption that exceeds the monthly average of itself
- Below the average consumption
- High daily consumption
- No communication to meter
- Consumption in an inactive meter
- Meter dial turning (9999999)
- Parallel meters deviation
- High common consumption
All the alerts are recorded in the system and sent to the appropriate person via SMS, Mail or Fax.
